When it comes to keeping in contact with the JP2 Project, we have something a little different in mind. Trendy people say we’re “going analog”. Others say we can’t do this as an organization. From our perspective, we’re trying a new way to keep in contact with you that’s more enriching and less annoying.

Marketing Principles 2026
- You won’t find us on social media. We were never very good at it anyway, and maybe that’s because we were never meant to be. If you want to see some beautiful images, come see them in person. Take the leap and join us for an adventure!
- We’ll contact you as LITTLE as possible. We all have way too many emails coming through. We want to share the beautiful work and opportunities in the Project, but not all the time. We’re doing 4 email newsletters a year and that’s it. We’ll try to make them worth a skim at least!
- Sign up for bare minimum registration updates. So you don’t want to miss out on the opportunity for the next pilgrimage or outdoor retreat or some other amazing program (for you or a friend)? We can shoot you a text (if you want) when registration opens and that’s it. After that, note it in your calendar or to-do list and it’s up to you!
- Let’s be pen pals, sort of. JP2 loved writing letters to friends. People say that his personal letters were enough proof to canonize him! We’ll send you a postcard and something in print 4 times a year. Read it, stick it on your dresser or in a good book. The goal is that these little gifts to your mailbox (not inbox) help enrich your life in a tiny way, rather than distract it.
