Your retreat sanctuary is nestled within the embrace of Annunciation Heights, a remarkable Catholic campground boasting a majestic Rocky Mountain vista. For lodging, you will be sleeping rustic-style, in cabins.
*Please remember to bring your bedding and essential toiletries.
We are honored to welcome the fantastic sisters from the Community of the Beatitudes (this is the same Community that the acclaimed spiritual author, Fr. Jacques Philippe, belongs to). These spiritual leaders will be at the helm of our formation during this Advent retreat. Their wisdom, heartfelt talks, and serene presence promise to be a wellspring of nourishment for your spiritual journey.
Our retreats are structured around three fundamental pillars: spiritual formation, recreation, and fellowship. Guiding us through the spiritual formation journey are the sisters and our chaplain, who will lead us in daily Mass, moments of adoration, and engaging talks centered around the themes of Advent and Christmas preparation.
On the recreational side, we’ve curated an exciting skiing or snowshoeing adventure in the heart of the Rocky National Park on Saturday afternoon. Evenings are reserved for fostering fellowship and forming new friendships with fellow retreatants.
Don’t worry about the packing just yet. Approximately one week before the retreat, we will send you a recommended packing list, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable Advent in the Rockies.
